Q. Do you sell the Steve Nash MVP Basketball program in VHS video format?
A. No, it is only offered in DVD format.

Q. Can I pay by check or money order?
A. Yes, checks or money orders should be made payable to NASH MVP BASKETBALL. The order will not ship until the check clears so please allow 10 to 14 days. Please note: we charge a $20 fee on all returned checks.

Q. I'm ordering from Canada. Are there additional any charges?
A. All of our prices are in U.S. Dollars. There is a $1 additional charge for shipping to Canada. If you order more than two DVDs to be shipped together, we will be required to complete a customs form with the U.S. Postal Service, and a customs fee may be charged. You would be responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by the Canadian Government upon receipt.

Q. Will sales tax be charged to my order?
A. We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders shipped to California.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. All returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date your order is received. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you. The item must be returned unopened, and shipped via a secure method (such as a box or padded envelope) so as not to be damaged on its return to us. We recommend that you ship the item back by insured mail or use a carrier that can provide tracking or receipt confirmation. Steve Nash MVP Basketball cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the shipment. No COD returns will be accepted. To make a return: enclose the original packing slip and ship the unopened DVD to: Nash MVP Basketball, 13700 Marina Pointe Dr. Suite 532, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292. Your original method of payment will be credited within 14 days of our receipt of the product, as long as is complies with our return policies.

Q. What if I need to exchange my DVD?
A. If you are exchanging an item due to an error on the part of Steve Nash MVP Basketball, or a product defect, we will make the exchange and pay for the shipping cost of the correct item back to you. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If there will be any delay in shipping to you, you will be notified. If you have further questions regarding our return and exchange policies, please contact our customer service.

Q. I may want to order the 20-Minute Workout DVD at a later date. Will I be able to purchase it at a discounted price?
A. We offer the 20-Minute Workout DVD for the price of US$9.95 only when it is ordered and shipped (to the same address) at the same time as the Steve Nash MVP Fundamentals of Basketball DVD set. If you order the Workout DVD at a later date, the price will be US$14.95, plus shipping and handling.
